Don our thoughts and prayers go out to you and your sons. You and Fayne were such an important part of my early career with the Troopers. Fayne will be missed by everyone who knew and loved her. May she rest in peace.
We always felt Fayne was Alaska's first "non-commissioned" trooper. If Don was gone she probably could have, and maybe did sometimes jump into a patrol car and handle a situation by herself. A remarkable lady. RIP.

Lots of good years have gone by Don. We enjoyed your last visit to Fairbanks and are glad that we had the opportunity to see you both. Fayne is no longer suffering and is a better place. Hugs and prayers -

I will always treasure my visits to Alaska and Colorado to visit my cousin Fayne. Every family needs a character, and Fayne was ours. To J.R. and Dennis, you were lucky to have your mother as long as you did. I am sure she is now without pain, and probably having a good time with my mother and the rest of the family.

Don- Was wonderful getting to know you, Fayne and your family thru the Trooper Reunions at Korhonens'. Our love, thoughts and prayers are with you during this time of loss. Fayne is now "at peace", a blessing for all of us left with grand memories of her. Hope to see you in August!
