Mary Eleanor Fones, age 92, of Hemet went to be with the Lord on May 8, 2010. Mary was born August 30, 1917 in Kentucky and lived in Hemet for the past 28 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church for 28 years.

Mrs. Fones is survived by her loving family, son: Donald Fones of Hemet, CA, a sister, Lucille Bush of KS and a brother, Neil Barnette of KS.

A viewing will take place on Thursday, May 13, 2010 9-10 a.m. followed by a chapel service at McWane Family Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. A graveside will be at 11:00 a.m. at San Jacinto Valley Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Mary’s honor to First Baptist Church in Hemet, Ca. or to Ramona VNA Hospice who helped in making her passing peaceful.
