Carmella Hopper, age 87, a resident of Hemet, California for the past 22 years, passed away on Friday, June 4, 2010 at Hemet Valley Medical Center in Hemet, California. She was born on May 25, 1923 to the late Adolfo Salazar and Carmen (Feliz) Montano.

She is survived by her son Gary Hopper.

A rosary will be held on Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at McWane Family Funeral Home at 6:30pm. A memorial service will take place at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church on Thursday, June 10, 2010 at 10am. She will be laid to rest at Riverside National Cemetery on a later date.
