William E. Wilson, born April 21, 1933 in Wisconsin, passed away June 5, 2010 at the age of 77. William retired from Southern California Edison after 32 years of service. He was always active in the San Jacinto Valley; he was mayor of the city of San Jacinto, member of the volunteer Fire Department and a past Master of the Masonic Lodge.

He is survived by his wife of 59 years; beloved father of daughters, Cynthia Jones of Lake Havasu, AZ, Kathryn Kantjas of Westcliffe, CO, and Jennifer Niles of Westcliffe, Co; 7 grandchildren: Chad, Clint, Rachel, Sarah, Jason, George and Chris; and 6 great-grandchildren; sister, Sandra Broyhill, Ethel Fish of Colorado and Helen Creed of Oklahoma. He leaves behind a multitude of friends and loved ones.

A memorial service will be on Saturday, June 12, 2010 at 10am at McWane Family Funeral Home.
